You authorize us to contact you via email or in-app messages regarding your order and to provide support. You agree to receive electronic records (including agreements, notifications, invoices, and receipts). You may revoke your consent by contacting support, but this may limit our ability to provide you with the Service.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
Our Refund Policy applies when refunds are warranted (e.g., duplicate payments, uninitiated cases, or government rejections where our error is the direct cause). Government fees are generally non-refundable once paid to the relevant authority. Orders are processed quickly; once we begin processing them, cancellations may be limited.
